By providing an engaging platform for cross-disciplinary dialogue, feedback, and networking, the conference inspires actionable research insights and lasting scholarly connections.

The base 2026 General Conference fee reflects a small increase to cover rising costs, in line with ECB inflation rates. However, in addition, ECPR events can be subject to VAT depending on the host country. In Poland, a local VAT rate of 23% must be applied to the base registration fee.
As a result, the majority of the overall increase this year is due to this mandatory tax, rather than a change in the underlying event fee
All prices shown include 23% VAT.
For those not appearing on the Academic Programme
Visas are the responsibility of the individual. Depending on the purpose of travel and your country of origin, different types of visas will apply. Enquire well in advance about entry regulations by consulting the embassy or consulate of Poland in your home country.
Visa invitation letters will be supplied on request only when we have received the registration fee in full, and when the 14-day cooling-off period has passed. Visa letters do not do not constitute registration for the event. ECPR cannot offer any further advice on visas.
